We produce complete compound feed for pigs, poultry, rabbits, and other farm animals at our facilities in Šaľa and Spišské Vlachy. Thanks to modern technologies and strict quality control, we ensure nutrition that meets the highest safety standards. Our vision is: healthy feed – healthy animal – healthy person. We believe that quality feed is the key to successful livestock production and significantly influences both production efficiency and animal health.

In feed production, we place great emphasis on the entire production chain — from the raw materials used at the input to the final mixing of feed blends, including laboratory sampling, testing, analysis, and registration. We adhere to HACCP principles, good manufacturing practices, and a modern quality management system.

Agrorama – Šaľa

is one of the largest producers of complete compound feed (KKZ) in Slovakia.

Storage hangar capacity: 2,000 tons

Modern technology, including a pelleting line with a super-hygienizer, ensures the production of sterile and nutritionally valuable compound feed without molds and undesirable microorganisms. The production capacity of the facility is up to 40 tons of finished complete compound feed per hour.

Compound Feed Sales

Our priority is to provide comprehensive services at a high professional level. As part of our commercial activities, we offer compound feed for:

Poultry: broiler chickens, laying hens, turkeys, geese, ducks, pheasants
Pigs: piglets, fattening pigs, breeding sows, lactating sows
Others: rabbits, sheep

We offer loose, pelleted, and crushed mixtures in bulk form. We hold authorization for the preparation and marketing of medicated feed.

We are the holders of the “Authorization for the preparation and placing on the market of medicated feeds.”

Compound feed is sterile, free of molds, salmonella, and undesirable microorganisms, and meet the 4th level of feed hygiene protection while maintaining their nutritional value.

Laboratory

Our laboratory is an important part of ensuring the quality of our products. AGRORAMA, s.r.o. provides analytical services for its own needs as well as for our customers.

Laboratory checks include:

Incoming inspection of raw materials
Inspection of production and stored commodities
Final inspection of finished products
Cooperation with external laboratories in checking premixes and additives

Grain Purchase, Storage and Processing

We provide grain purchasing and storage from growers, including:

Cleaning and drying
Storage in a reinforced concrete silo with a capacity of 21,000 tons
Treatment and fumigation of commodities
Weighing of transport vehicles

Feed represents an important part of the food production chain and stands at the beginning of livestock production.

History

1997

Establishment of AGRORAMA s.r.o., a medium-sized company on the market, focused on grain storage and related services (cleaning, drying, analyses...), seed and chemical sales, and the production of complete compound feed for various types of livestock (pigs, poultry – turkeys, chickens, laying hens, pheasants, rabbits).

2001–2004

Extensive reconstruction and overhaul of technological equipment for compound feed production (new control system and new pelleting line, super-hygienizer with thermal shield)

2008

Acquisition by Polnovakia Agrar spol. s r.o., significant increase in KKZ production — the company became one of the largest producers of complete feed mixtures in Slovakia.
Additional reconstruction — increasing production capacity up to 50 tons of finished complete compound feed per hour.

Polnovakia Agrar acquired the majority share in the feed production facility in Spišské Vlachy in 2007. Our farm in Spišské Vlachy, specializing in pig breeding, directly uses feed produced locally. In addition to large-scale production of feed mixtures, the company also produces various bagged feed variants available in 25 kg bags. These products are available through our retail outlets:
